When I recieved an ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE (very impressive certificate) from the above listed company, I thought that this was my lucky day, and was excited to have such an offer. After reading the certificate several times to find out what card I was approved for (VISA or MASTERCARD) and could not find it anywhere on the certificate, I was a little concerned as to what was the real deal. I was approved for a credit line of $15,000 with 0% intrest for the first 12 months then after 12 months it would go to approximately 11.49% based on the prime of 5.0%. OK not too out of line on the interest rate, but still no idea of what type of credit card I was approved for. Still not having all of my questions answered, I went to the World Wide Web (WWW)and found this site which answered my questions. Thank Goodnes for this web site, plus having the forsight to use the WWW.
Bottom line is that I did not get ripped-off. I hope that the other people that did (not knowingly) fall for the scam gets some kind of satification.
Phone Number 1-800-799-1003 as reported by calling 1-800-555-1212,1-800 directory assistance. They reported that there is only one company with the name of FIRST NATIONAL CREDIT but was located in a near by city in CA.
