First National Credit: response for M. Butle

To M. Butler: The address I have on the "approval certificate" I just received is: First National Credit, Pacific Park Plaza, 27101 Aliso Creek Road, Unit 126, Aliso Viejo, CA, 92656. Of course, there is no phone #, (my 1st suspicion.)

Went searching on the web for it and ran into another First national credit site which is apparently a secured credit card deal for a much smaller line of credit.

When I asked them about the 15,000.00 credit line, they said that wasn't them, but that she knew of another FNC in Calif.

When I said "Aliso Viejo, " she said yes, gave me this #: 949-448-8822. You get a menu with two choices: "if you have a gold card, plug in the #, and "press 1 if you have QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE."

Well, you can wait til hell freezes over after you press one, because you don't even get muzak. Nada. Nix. Nothing. Pretty slick, eh?

I would be happy to report these jerks to the appropriate. GOV but I don't know which one. Thank god I ran into consumer complaints. Definately going in my 'favs.'
