Pre-approved gold card with credit of $15,000 ripoff

This company First national Credit, Pacific Park Plaza, 27101 Aliso Creek Road, Unit 126 in Aliso Viejo, CA 92656

Sent me an Acceptance Certificate saying that I was pre-approved for a Gold Card Visa with a credit line of $15,000. I sent in my one time fee of $43.00 to rush processing and delivery and never received a thing.
