I call bank of america to submit a balance transfer at 4.99%. I was happy to move all my debt to this card with the understanding that the loan was a 4.99% life of the loan transfer. I followed the program never late and was paying this card off. But bank of america changed the agreement and boosted the rate to 21.99% on 17,000. I called and was told sorry you agreed to our terms. I told them no you gave me the terms of 4.99%. Well lets just say i had to stop paying them to force them to correct the issue. Never us this bank... Can't be trusted to help and america's PS were's our tax money BOA..
