Bank of America sold my mortgage to a company that is not part of the law suit. Because of the sell, I am no longer eligible for any consideration into the settlement program principle reduction. Now that my mortage is with another, Bank of America will not discused the settlement agreement with me, by stating they are no longer the holder of my loan. Bank of America need to stop selling mortages until all of their clients are checked for eligiblity.
