FCNB ripoff late payment fees

My account was credited on 6/30 and on 7/8, they added the late charge, AFTER MY PAYMENT WAS POSTED!!!

I contacted the Department of Justice in Oregon and he gave me the following places to contact. Www.cbs. State. Or.Us and he gave a toll free # to call 877-877-9392, but because I do not live in OR so I cannot call.

I also got on the better business bureau website. Under additional file information it states "On June 20, FCNB notified the Better Business Bureau that they are no longer in Business". If they are not in business, who posted my payment on 6/30 and who is charging us all these late fees???

If there is a class action suite filed against FCNB, you can count me in!!!
