FIRST CONSUMERS NATIONAL BANK ripoff consumer fraud They sent back 4 of my payments, yet charged me late fees

They sent back 4 of my payments, yet charged me late fees. To top it all off, my interest rate suddenly went from 6% to 27.6%. My account balance mysteriously increased by nearly $800.00. Can't reach them by phone, and no response by mail. I'm afraid to send money to yet another PO box. Criminals use PO boxes, and are impossible to find. I also understand that if you make a payment, it means you agree to the terms which I most certainly do not! To start a class action suit, go to
