Reporting me as deceased on my Experian Credit Report

My account with First Consumers National Bank, known as FCNB/Master

Trust was filed off in chapter 7 bankruptcy filed Nov and filed off in Feb. As of today they are still reporting a balance $1,715, and Past Due: $1,715.00, Last 7 years showing 30 days late 1,60 days late 1,90 days late 3, and reporting me as deceased on my Experian Credit Report. I have tried to correct through Experian but I was advised I have to contact this company to get this corrected. As of today, it is still not corrected. Help please.
