Does Not Investigate Fraudulent Claims

I offered an extremely small-item to some customer on ebay. The customer quit excellent feedback for that market, stating how rapidly I'd delivered them. A few times later, nevertheless, the customer exposed a challenge through paypal saying they'd not obtained them

On The hint I approached different vendors which have had transactions with this same ebay customer, and was informed the buyer did this same task or much like them aswell. This individual (s) is doing fraud, and that I have outlined this to paypal but evidently they don’t need to know about this.

PayPal is requiring that I should show that I delivered them. The issue with this particular is the fact that despite the fact that I've the bill for that cargo, it doesn't possess the forwarding address onto it. The reason being I'd to complete it in the shipping device, since the delay period in the postoffice table is generally more than 30 minutes long (I just get half an hour for lunch).

Paypal says that despite the fact that the customer has quit feedback stating they obtained them, they'll not take that as evidence. Additionally, after expaining the entire scenario, the client support consultant recommended me to get hold of the customer! I almost put my telephone from the screen. Had he not been hearing a term I stated?

I'm this individual can get away with rip-off a lot of people, and ebay and paypal don't care. I acquired a bill for shipping and evidence they've obtained them, but paypal continues to be attempting to make me spend up!
