Made a mistake

I published an ebay product to customer, in excellent condition, as explained, by unique shipping, to become obtained on 11.04.09, i delivered emails seeking buyer to verify bill and wondering when the product found its way to correct condition, I'd no reaction, therefore following a week, I acquired her specifics and called her, she established it'd been obtained on 11.04.09 which it was as described and was really thankful, she stated she'd been having difficulty with accounts and hadnot been ready to depart feedback, but might achieve this asap, following a week nevertheless nothing, I acquired suspiscious and exposed a non-payment question, she'd compensated by paypal, although not launched the resources, instantly upon my starting the dispute i obtained to furious emails from her, requesting me why I would completed this, (no issues with code today then?) i explained why, and in the place of making my feedback, she exposed an "product somewhat never as explained, internally broken" challenge. Considering, I've evidence of her being in ownership of them for just two months, and her acknowledging it was in good shape, which she was happy withit, paypal offered her a reimbursement, and also have left me to get a damaged product back, (they were able to examine precisely within twenty four hours) so what can I actually do about this, I'm bad and do not want to get attached around like this. I've 100% positive feedback, and he or she does not, and her bad feedback is for similar issues.
