I had the most horriable expirence with these people. After i sold the car that they covered I cancelled the coverage. They continued to deduct a monthly premeium for 3 months after I had ended our buisness. I had to place a stop payment on them at my back to and my bank reimbursed me the amount. When you try to call them you get misinformation and unhelpful people. Then yesterday 2 years later I got the biggest surprise. I was buying a new truck yesterday and when they ran my credit they said I had something in collections. I make plenty of money and am one of those people who pays my bills I have never missed a payment on anything, so obviously this got my attention. I researched it and found it was from Bristol West Insurance group. When I called them today they told me that since it was in collections they would not talk about it. So I just paid another 130.00 for god knows what, so i could get this off my credit report. I never recieved a bill or a phone call or an email ANYTHING indicating that I owed any money. They have been negatively reporting on me for 2 years. I am furious, do not buy anything from them!!!
