The corporation needs to function as the many unprofessional, worst rasted in customer support that I've ever seen. Following a Mr. Carl Southerland arrived to our Business and provided us the entire leak on having a retailers device without strings attached-you may stop anytime without costs and never going-over $7 per month for that service cost. We latter discovered that people were in a 4yr agreement plus we received an $89 support cost before our year was actually up. Today after making the corporation behind and obtaining a $495 charge waved I BELIEVED! I had been billed THE $495 plus $114 yrly charge per month after talking to 1 of numerous of there customer support representatives. That assured me it was solved & the $495 was returned. Today a few months later I've had 3 costs equaling $700 billed to my consideration within the same week due to a consideration # mix-up by Crescent. Additionally $170 over-draft from my bank. Following a week of faxes & telephone calls with 5 repetitions lastly a called Ronny informing me the problem is solved that I'll be returned the costs & reinburst bank fees., This Really Is week 2 however no change!!! I've Not been provided a courtsey phone by anybody because this issue occurred over yesterday detailing why my cash continues to be not in my bill. I am so disappointed I've No use of my banking account being self employeed it's truly set me in a... I hope God protects this issue & has mercy on any envolved, who'd wreck havoc on one of his true kids!!! Today below Igo again going to contact Crescent & be on-hold for 45min and threw from agent to broker!!!
