Take money & add new fees without my knowledge

Crescent running not constitute costs and consider cash out-of my businesses consideration and don't believe I'll not observed. I'd never suggest a business that proceeds to consider cash & include new costs without my understanding or stated they offered me A - 30 day notice on tiny printing about the back of my declaration by which will require cash out-of my bill.
