I've approached my lender plus they recommended i contact Microsoft about these costs.in nov, there wre 2 costs for $10, in jan for $10. Today in January alone theres about 10 costs equaling $204.81. I'm processing a police statement with my town office. I'd prefer to get my money-back from you men permitting these costs, that I've not.
