I joined a gym with a three year membership. About 2/3rd of the way through, I wanted to include my daughter on the membership. I was told by the owner, I could switch to another company. Was billed still by Motionsoft. It got to the point that no one would help, even though I made a few calls to stop the payment. They would give me another number to resolve the issue. Obviously, it was a call dump, as no one ever got back to me, or answered the line. Bad, Bad, customer service. Finally I had to change my banking card number to halt the automatic payment. Most unhelpful.
