I checked my Bank Statement and saw that there were 3 charges for "Xbox Live $19.99"
I looked on a previous statement to find that there were two more charges...
I don't Own an Xbox, I don't have kids. How could I possibly have purchased something 5 times when I don't have the thing required to purchase it?
The bank said I had to contact Xbox Live, so glad customers have to do their job.
I called Xbox Live up and they told me they don't care, they won't do anything to rectify this, File a police report.
Microsoft... From Bad to horrible.
