Pathetic service from Absa insurance

I've posted 4 statements to absa insurance regarding harm to my home and also have received feedback on only one. The very first state was produced in september where my top was broken and we set the issue once we were promoting the home. We subjected to the statements and also have not gotten any reaction. Absa was nevertheless very timeous on getting their annual insurance about the home. They stated they'd give us a prorata refund when the state was resolved because the home was transferred a few months later towards the new entrepreneurs. 9months have approved which problem hasn't been solved to-date. I've also sustained top problems on my present home in January because of the continuing rainfall and storms we've been experiencing. I declined to repair the top provided Absais present background on spending statements. A FEW MONTHS has approved by, a company continues to be out to determine it in regards to a month before but still NO FEEDBACK from absa. I've been contacting twice per week and making communications and nobody reacts, including managers. It is completely absurd! It's as if we don't occur. I've also subjected to statements on my swimming per month before here again NO REACTION. Not really a state amount.
