Incoming funds not transferred to account

On 24th March I moved some R2539.45 from my lender in NZ to my ABSA account. These resources haven't seemed in my own consideration so that as an effect I've overlooked ABSA mortgage and charge card payments as well as gone into facility. I'll need to spend late-payment costs and facility costs that we find undesirable and want to have these waived or corrected on my bill. It's today the 9th April and also the cash hasn't been used in my bill. How is it feasible for the money to consider such a long time to achieve my bill? Our lender in NZ has assured me the resources were moved soon after I required the move.

I'd as an explanation in regards to what has triggered the wait.
