Egular additions of undisclosed fees to our account; refusing to send a written statement explaining the fees; character insults on the phone; demands to not talk on the phone when asking about the fees; hanging upon me when I ask for a written statement of his explanation of the exta fees; sending me written offeres of payment extensions and then refusing to honor the offer; continouos harassment on the phone; not crediting our account with the entire amount sent by Western Union (we have receipts to prove this)
