Our mortgage was offered to Lender of America by Countrywide. I've regularly settled my mortgage repayments promptly. I'm not behind what-so ever. I reside in a townhouse where the Homeowners organization threatened to begin forclosure procedures easily did not catch-up on my mortgage. They actually went so far as processing the documents using the region, before I thought they had this expert. Well I visited Lender of America to discover when they might do that if there is something that might be completed to prevent it, or when they might aid me in anyway. Bank of America explained to send all of them of the paperwork that I received in the Homeowners association regarding this. I never noticed something back from Lender of America and so I approached an attorney who explained the HOA might do that which a good thing to complete was to sort out a cost strategy that we did and it has been spending them consistently since. Nicely Lender of America never answered to my request help but began getting appropriate costs, and lawyer fees to my bill. I've named, e mailed and composed notice questioning what these costs are forgiven my home was never forclosed on they never assisted me with my scenario and that I have settled my mortgage payment regularly. They've moved me around atleast five times everytime I named with no you can aid me yesterday they named me and mentioned that my cost was behind and there have been costs connected I requested again what were they for. Considering the fact that I had been speaking with some fool in India who explained I'd named the incorrect division I thought quite annoyed. No body at Bank of America may inform me the things they costs are for they'll not consider them down plus they are unable to inform me who proceeds to include them to my bill. I'm unsure what I will do but I really hope I will some support with this quickly.
