I might be acquiring forclosed on by Lender of America since Lender of America Mortgage isn't publishing funds or they're publishing funds five to twenty times once they have them. I created a reimbursement strategy with Lender of America in Januaty 2011. I had been to pay for $900.00 by 1-25-11, and that I was to pay for $1040.00 from the 25th for January through July. I created an allotment. Ultimately of Feb, I named since by cost from 2-18 wasn't published. I had been informed they were behind on publishing and never to fear. On March 7th, Lender of America published my 3-4 cost. Where was my February 18 cost? I called. I've this paymejnt occur an allotment. A treasury check is delivered to the corporation. It'll be 60-days before I will obtain a backup of the removed check. Though they got my March 4 payment, they didn't publish my March 18 payment.
I believe this can be a conspiracy and typical exercise of the organization. On March 26 I'd ceased the allotment and put up for my April 15 cost. They charged me $20.00 charge to become obtained on 4-15. They got it on Monday 3-28. So that they need to maintain my $1040.00 and operate it on 4-15.
The corporation doesn't care. I will have to consider a Mortgage lawyer to assist me with this chaos. All since Lender of America is spending with funds. If anybody is having this same issue, I would like to understand at [email protected]
