Bank of America's mistake almost caused me to loose my home

On June 18, I obtained a judge summons regarding my property taxes. It mentioned that my home have been offered at tax purchase for a sum totaling 6,211.73. Additionally, it found my interest after much study that Lender of America Hoam Loans have been paying fees about the incorrect home that are escrowed from my payment per month, despite I sent a delinquent tax notice and tried, in great religion, to fix the problem in- May. Bank of America established having obtained the fax using a notice dated May 27, but never fixed the problem.
