After 8 years Citibank canceled my business credit card. This had been my primary business credit card on which I charged several thousand dollars per month. They said they were discontinuing that type of business card and they offered no replacement card from Citibank. When the card was cancled they automatically discontinued the awards point program which I had a balance of over 200,000 points and those points were forfited. Although I got a notification of the card being discontinued, I was never notified that I would forfiet the reward points I had earned.
