I signed up for a FREE credit score at freecreditscrore.com, makes sense right?
Well the next day I got charged for $24.95. When I called them they said I agreed on paying $25 to view all three credit scores and the price was displayed 4 times on the webpage before I agreed. There is NO WAY I would have agreed to pay for a credit score from a supposed FREE credit score service.
At first the customer service rep said there was a no refund policy but after continuing to complain the woman told me she could offer a one time courtesy refund of $10! What kind of BS is that?
I will never use this company again and will tell anyone who listens they are a scam and not to use them
