I found this website through a news channel website, I clicked it and signed up for a seven day trial. I cancelled my membership after five days, and when I viewed my credit card statement, I seen that they had charged me $24.95.
I called the number on my statement to get a refund, because I was never seen anywhere that there was a charge for this service. They tell me that I clicked on the tab to view all three scores and that was for the charge.
They said that they could only refund $10.00 because they are charged for this. I understand that, all I want is for them to show that $24.95 on the tab you have to click, because if that would have been there, I would have not clicked the tab.
