I signed up for a supposed 14 day free trial to view my credit score online and my credit card wasn't supposed to be charged anything at all until those 14 days were over if i hadn't cancelled the trial and they charged me $29.95 for an alleged credit report that i never saw or was told that i was charged for. I called the customer service number and was told that it was non refundable i told them they needed to give me back my money because it was my understanding that it was a free trial with absolutley no cost they said they could and would only refund $14.95 for some stupid reason i got jacked they stole my money
