I have been reading the complaints listed here on this website the past couple of weeks but to fearful to write myself.
Our mortgage went into forclosure, we are now reinstated as of today until and I will not keep my mouth shut any longer!!! We went into foreclosure because we missed ONE house payment and was late on the following month... Which they sent back. My gosh they had $900 - $1200 monthly fees on top of our regular house payment and this has been going on since May!!!?! Is this LEGAL???
MY husband handles the mortgage payment and I had no idea that this had been happening. Let me tell you, I will be finding that out here within the week regading the legal aspects! I also will be seeing an attorney and if he can't handle the job I will find one that can! I am very angry they have taken my retirement fund, just to get us out of this mess, this time. I will spend every last dime fighting them! I will write letters and more letters to the Office of Thrift or is that the Office of Ocwen by another name, to my elected officials, Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau and the FBI. Can anyone think of anyone else? I refuse to shut up about their outragious fees, forced insurance, etc. I will live, eat and sleep ocwen. THey are my mission!!!
By the way I hope everyone has called the Federal Trade Commission at 202-326-2222. I was told this week by a gentleman there that once they get so many complaints against them they will go after Ocwen. Come on people, CALL them what have you got to lose besides your homes!!!
Just think I had my house paid off 5 years ago before my husband decided "he" needed some extra money. As far as I was concerned the mortgage was his bill, NOT ANYMORE. Ocwen you are dealing with me now and I will fight you until I am dead in the ground.
