Client Care Relations ripoff rude gave the run-around came up with "new policy" to keep us from getting our money

I recieved a phone call about a Mastercard credit card with a limit of $2500. We were on the verge of bankrupcy, so I took the card. A man by the name of Rocko said he was with Royal Credit Solutions. I gave him our account information and he said it would be taken out on Aug. 15. I tried to find information on the company but could find none.

The money was taken out and we waited for the card. We called the phone number he gave us (1-866-250-6035) and asked for him like he told us to. There was no such person. They said they were Client Care Relations and they do customer service for Royal Credit Solutions. We asked for a phone number for RCS but they said they did not have a phone number for them. We thought that was strange. After several phone calls and them then telling us that they never received any phone calls from us, we finally got our package. No credit card, just a bunch of flyers and junk. We called the number above and they said that they would give us a full refund, just to send the package back.

We send the package in it's original box back without a tracking number. Our fault and it would later hurt us even worse. We waiting and kept checking our account. We would call and they would say it would be there in a week and then another week and so on. Finally they said that we would have to fax them our receipt from the post office showing we sent the package. We did and they said it had no tracking number so we could not verify that we sent the package. The only evidence is the zip code for Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, which is a address we later got after they told us the company had relocated. So now, they won't give us our money back and after reading all these reports, I now understand.

My husband and I plan to contact several different people like the Attorny General of our state and Florida, and we have debated contacting large news agencies that cover stories like this like Dateline and 20/20. They may not listen to one person but if a lot of us get together, we may be able to make a huge deal about it. If you are interested in stabbing this company like they stabbed us and MAYBE get our money back, please contact me. I will gladly include your name in our letter. If we ban together, maybe something will happen.
