I'll be short here until I know this will result in some action since I've been writing letters and submitting complaints for months on end about this same issue. Ocwen continues to assess late fees to my mortgage account even though I am current in all payments. I've filed complaints with the Attorney General's Office and the Office of Thrift Supervision only to get sent right back to Ocwen's Ombudsman Office who still won't respond. I refinanced my home 3 years ago and found out my mortgage was sold to Ocwen the following week. It's been a constant nightmare since. If there are lawyers out there working on this whom I can work with, please contact me. I, TOO would like to see justice here.
