Upon reading the numerous letters about Ocwen Federal Bank, I had given up hope of finding anyone else who fell victim to Ocwen's deceptive and evil tactics.
My experience with them has already been told by all of you.
Because of Ocwen's harrassment, and claims of repossesing my home, I went to an attorney who suggested a chapter 13. After he investigated into my situation Ocwen baffled him by using the the term "corporate advance" in an attempt to collect additional money from me! First of al, he stated he never heard the term "corporate advance", second, he advised me that a chapter 13 would do no good and would only end in Ocwen foreclsoing on the home after the re organizational plan.
I've been fighting with these demons for approx. 1997. They only deny, deny, deny...
Numerous letters to my Congressman and the office of Thrift supervision proved fruitless.in fact, Thrift sent my complaint to Ocwen to have THEM investigate themselves!!! Of course, they (Ocwen) continue to lie.
It's such a long story that I won't be able to type it all out in this forum.
Looking for legal action to take also.
