Ocwen continues to add fees to my mortgage that I have no control over. I have fees totalling $545 on my mortgage for Property Valuation Expense. Supposedly they have sent someone to evaluate my property, although they cannot even tell me the color of my house. I have a foreclosure fee of $1350 and my house was never in foreclosure. I had signed a forebearance agreement which I paid off in less than 60 days. I have $500 in fees for a title search... The fees just go on and on.
I'm at a point where I want to pay more on the principal of my house and they will not allow me to do it until all these fees are resolved. I do not think they are legit and there is nothing I can do to stop them from adding more and more.
Judging by the complaints against this mortgage provider, does anyone have an idea for resolution?
