I have tried to contact Ocwen for 1 year. I was fraudulently given a mrtgae on my home through New Century, who then sold it off to Ocwen. My appraisal was for more then my home was worth. The previous owner knew the mortage person I was going through and the two of them used an appraisor that they had used in the past to sell and buy homes under false pretenses. When I discovered my payment was almost $300 dollars more then agreed upon I was told not to worry we would refinace in 30 days. I tried to refinance and was told I was not seasoned. I tried to contact Ocwen and was given the run around and thrown in foreclosure. Ocwen would not respond to me except to send me more letters or have their lawyers send me letters. I have been fighting with all I have financially and emotionally. One year later and I am still fighting. I have hired foreclosure/mitigation specialists and they get with Ocwen either. I know Ocwen is being investigated byt the State's Attorney's Office, but how many more are they going to rip-off before it stops.
