We have closed all our B OF A accts because of a year long series of errors and screw ups - some as absurd a continued argument about my wife's correct birthdate.
Without exception every phone to call to B of A involved long on-hold times, and being shifted from one dept to another, and half the time being unable to resolve the issues. (We never could get them to correct their mistaken idea of my wife's birthdate). Even closing our accts took hours of frustrating time.in all our years of dealing with banks we have never had an experience like this. Avoid B of A if you possibly can.
