Hello, my name is Bryan Coleman and I had my tax refund added on my Account now card. My refund came on 2/8 and I went to the ATM and they said my card was restricted. So I called Account Now to see what the problem was and they said my birthdate didnt match. So I told them my whole name, SSN, and MY birthdate and they said everything matched but my birthdate. So they said fax us a copy of your I.D. And SSN and I have sent 30 copies in the past day and they keep saying they have not recieved them. I gave them the fax # they gave me to make sure it was right and they said yes. So my girlfriend said maybe she accidentally put her birthdate when she did my Account Now application online, so I cslled back and explained the mistake and gave them the birthdate and they said it did match but still wont give me access to my monies. Im getting aggravated with this. I have bills past due now and my landlord cant get my rent and I may get evicted. I wont my monies. Its been two days and I cant wait much longer then I will be homeless. Thank you and please resolve this asap!!! Your customer sevice is really rude and they hang up on me four times. Please resolve asap. Ifeel like im getting ripped off!!!
