Ripoff, dishonest, fraud

This company promises a consumer preferred card with no credit check. I sent them a 49.00 check, which is for express mailing. The funds were taken out of my bank account on 11/5, today is 11/18, that's a long time for something that's supposed to be sent express. I am not happy about this situation, something has to be done.
