Slipped new USB, NA rules re: NSF fees and handling of such ripoff

U.S. Bank conveniently slipped new NSF rules regarding deposits and holding times... Dated 01/13!!! When confronted, two (2) top Managers both stated adamently that rukes were not impemented until 05/14... Would not budge or acquiese as to actual date of imlementation of these new bank policies Mandated by the Federal Reserve Bank (and who are they???)... Have you been damaged by U.S. Bank oo other large Corporate Banks??? I am sure...
