I send a money order for $49.00 last year 2002 and again 2003 RipOff

I had sent out a money order for $49.00 twice... I received a card but the website does not work and the phone keeps on ringing... I am extremely mad. Please help me with this situation. Consumer Preferred is a rip off. My cousin did the same and the same thing happened...
