I've made several payments to chase Manhatten. They were said to be insufficient funds, yet the checks were cashed according to my bank. I sent Chase copies of the checks. After they started foreclosure on my home. They wrote me a check from their account in the amount of the check they claimed they didn't recieve.
Prior to this another incident occured where i sent them a three party check. It was later returned. I mailed a bank's cashier check back to them in the same amount.
They claimed they didn't recieve that one either. A month later they sent me a check from their account for the amount of the check they claimed they didn't recieve. Several times they charged me uneccessary late fees.
Payments were always recieved on time or before time.
