I believe that we were swindled by chase manhattan after they purchased our mortgage from another lender that i will not name at this time.
Chase manhattan deliberately refused our payments and increased our payments unfairly, causing us to default. After the default chase put us on payment plans with outrageous interest rates, to be paid along with regular monthly payments. This was unreasonable. Then chase sold our mortgage to another mortgage co. After harrassing us for several months, with the same outrageous terms. Causing us to lose our home.
