This company called and promise me a mastercard with $1000 credit limit and stated that all I had to do was pay a one time processing fee of $187, and then in two weeks I would receive my credit card.in two weeks time all I received was a package with a book and all these other papers to send to various company with fees to receive different benefits from them, all this information was not even worth $187 because you can get these information from the computer, the library, books, yellow pages, etc.
This company targets individuals with poor credit and rip them off, people with poor credit can hardly pay their bills, when you get an offer for a credit card you are thinking that you are getting some help when in deed it some successful person trying to take away from you what little you. The government need to step in and do something about this company and others like it.
