My husband got a call one morning stating that he was eligible to receive a mastercard with a $1000.00 limit if we gave them $217.00 using our checking account. We asked them when we would get the card and they said as soon as they got the money. 3 weeks later we received a package in the mail with health insurance information and an application to apply for a credit card but no credit card was in the package. We sent the material back to prime one benefits and they told us it would take 12 weeks to get the money back. And to date it has been 12 weeks since we returned the material and we still havent gotten our money back. We have been in touch with prime one benefits and we keep getting different stories about when we will get our money back and we even went so far to file a complaint with the better business bureau and we still havent gotten any results.
