Every month that I send a payment they always say that it is never recieved and then there are alwaays late charges added even when I know it only takes five days for them to recieve the mail from virginia =. I can mail the payment on the 28 of the prior month then by the eighth when my grace period ends then they still haven't recieved my payment that's crap! I know they have that payment and are not crediting it. I have four kids to support and we have companies that that that make it harder on us the honest hard working people.
