My Husband agreed to get a secured Credit card from the First National Bank of Marin aka Prime One Benefits aka Prime One Health aka Prime One Financial. We agreed to allow them to take $187.00 out of our account after we paid about $50.00 for processing. $187.00 was the Balance.
Not more than 2 weeks after we received this Card, A Bank Called First Community Bank of Southwest Florida was Trying to withdrawl $1000.00 from my bank account on behalf of Prime One Benefits, which I never heard of and do not associate with. Later I found out that Prime ONe benefits is also known as First National Bank of Marin. I searched for First Community Bank of Southwest Florida on the BBB but they were not listed.
I could not find a telephone anywhere for Prime One Benefits where I could actually speak to a person. I tried to contact the Bank that tried to withdrawl the money. I got the same thing there, no people to answer the phone.
Since the First time I tried contacting this company they have tried to withdrawl $1000.00 from my bank account 3 times.
The only advice I got was, close your account.
I can't do that, I can't close my account, I do all my business there. I don't want Prime One to revolve around my whole life!
What if I had $1000.00 in the account? I would have been screwed! I did get screwed, I'm stuck with fees from my bank and a bad record for bounced checks because of this company.
One the Automatic check it reads: Pay to the Order of PRIME ONE BENEFITS
One the Memo for the check it reads: PRIME ONE - MEDICAL
I dont understand! It's just a bunch of Bull $hit!
