I spoke with Michelle to meet with me regarding my file and to acquire a refund. Said no problem, we'll meet up on Friday the 11th of June. Nope. No call/no show.
10 months later. I have no financial relief, just a $1900 hole in my wallet.
I am filing a complaint with Terry Goddard now that I have seen so many complaints. Please do this as well... The Attourney Generals office won't make it a priority until they see how many citizens are affected.
