If you like being on hold for 45 minutes to speak with a supervisor, then this is the company for you. Non English speaking customer service reps that read from a script and are extremely rude. They tell you they can deliver, but do not. I have finally given up after 19 phone calls and 10 faxes to get info I needed from them. Horrible horrible company.
