Issue with Accountnow and 2000 missing out of my account. This has been going on since Nov 1 sent numerous emails and called several times. This is not good customer service. Been waiting on a supervisor call since Nov 8 haven't received not one phone. Emailed numerous times receive one reply stated "contact customer service".. Really if you read my email then it stated they already had been contact... Im am furious and one irate customer!
