We went through a local mortgage company (mortgage company out of rogers, ar) that assured us that this company was legit, was told that it would take up to 45 to 90 days, would need 1595.00 for this company guardian group fund and 200.00 for prp nationwide. That 1595.00 would be refunded if they could not get the loan complete that the money would be refunded. Now after not being told what is going on we finally went and talk to the local mortgage company they now say the company was not operating with the right title, and they will try and get our money back for us, but nothing could be promised. I didn't lose my house thank goodness, but have lost 1795.00 that would have been used to help support my children that both have cerebral palsy and one of them with hydrocephalus.
