Fcnb supposedly dissolved as bank by securities & trade commission

This year, I had hoped to try to pay FCNB/First Consumers National Bank but was told they don't exist anymore. On the internet, I had heard that they dissolved as a bank due to high levels of risk and non compliance by securities and exchange commission. I had received phone calls last year to make arrangements with a collection agency but I don't think even if I did that they could clear credit. FCNB is not around to clear it. Also I don't know who I paid last year with arrangements.
