Chase
Chase has allowed idenity theft, someone opening a bank account with my social without checking for id, overcharged me overdrafts when their records were in error-not refunded!

I received an account through Chase Bank in Las Vegas, NV. When I first opened the account on several occasions, the bank rep pulled up another persons name and even a tax id number, under my social security number. They actually protected this man. I gave a name to the rep, a man who I have been trying to catch for years, he's been using my idenity since I was given a ss# in 1983 and she confirmed the name match. I was then told MANY DIFFERENT THINGS. I reported this to be fraud and theft of my social and was livid that Chase allowed him to have an account and demanded to know the information, well they demanded to SEE PROOF OF MY IDENITY ONLY AFTER OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM!!! I never carry a social card, so I went down to get a copy (which was again stolen a week later-so now because of them, I have not only one person, but God only knows how many more using my idenity) for their proof. The social security admin said that I have a serious lawsuit on my hands against chase, and should pursue it!!! I brought all my id to the MANAGER OF THE BANK, who has only procrastinated, making excuses for this individual who has ALOT OF MONEY invested with CHASE and I have a mere 400 a week in my account. MAKING EXCUSES FOR IDENITY THEFT!!! It has been almost 5 months and STILL NO WORD FROM CHASE. NO one wants to talk about it, the manager avoids me every time I come in and I cant seem to get ANYWHERE with any of the REPS. I AM LOOKING FOR A LAWYER WHO WILL TAKE THIS MATTER ON, Im trying to catch this guy and CHASE has the only proof that I can use!!!
#2- CHASE deposited my TAX REFUND INTO THE WRONG ACCOUNT.
When my refunds never showed up on the date promised, I called the IRS to confirm that they were deposited. Then I called a CHASE MGR who insured that they were not and the its against the policy of CHASE BANK to direct deposit into an account not matching the name on the electronic transfer. HOWEVER, come to find... That the man who did my taxes had 2 chase bank clients and accidently placed another persons account number with my name on it, CHASE DEPOSITED THE FUNDS AGAINST THEIR POLICY. I was told that the only way to rectify it was to file a complaint (yeah right!) and for the person who got the money, to file it inaccurate!!! It would take up to 60 days to receive my refund.
#3- Unauthorized and inaccurate OVERDRAFT WITHDRAWLS-
Chase has stolen over $600 dollars in inaccurate overdraft charges from me. When I place a check in the bank and continue to use my account, they overdrafted me each time. I complained and only received about 200 of that back, they said they can only refund so much on a customer complaint. Which is nonsense... When your bank is in error, you SHOULD BE DEALING WITH THE ISSUE AND REFUNDING YOUR ERROR.

Any attorneys who think they can help, i am fed up with dealing with this company. I want to file a lawsuit. Call me.
