I allege mail fraud, conversion, fraud, misrepresentation, and defamation by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., (hereinafter Chase).
On or about June Chase mailed an advertisement to me that promoted a $125 bonus for opening a new checking account.
On June 11, I applied online at Chase.com for a "Chase Total Checking Account" at which time I deposited $25 to the account number [DELETED]; I entered the promo coupon code number [DELETED] for the $125 bonus.
On June 15, I called Chase to arrange direct deposit to my new account and, to my dismay, was told by Chase representatives the account was closed (without my prior notification or consent).
I asked Chase representatives the reason why my account was closed and was provided no reason.in addition, I demanded that Chase refund my $25 deposit back to me I have yet to receive a refund of my deposited funds.
